Business Partnerships Advisor

looking for a qualified candidate to full fill the position
 of "Business Partnerships Advisor". The position is a mixed role of Sales,
 Business Development, Customer Service and Public Relations with the below

Requirements:

 - University graduate.
 - Min of 4-5 years of experience of relevant fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
 - Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
 - Knowledge and understanding of HR practices and services is an advantage.

 responsibilities:

 - Approach new business partnerships within diversified industries and
 identify potential HR needs to be full filled.

- Handle and follow up all issues and logistics of all events i.e.
 employment fairs, conferences, seminars and others either arranged by
 Partner PEO or by external parties.

 - Maintain existing business partnerships and ensure highest level of
 service to be delivered and highest level of customer satisfaction.


 - Responsible for annual commercial/business plan targets achievement.
 - Advise management of any new business development ideas/initiatives to
 maximise profitability and services range.
